Terri Herman helped me sell a single-family home in Boise this past spring of 2022 and also helped with the purchase of another home for a close family member in Jan 2022. She helped to negotiate a favorable sales price even while the market was dropping. Terri consistently went above and beyond to help me sell my property in short order. For example, she met with carpet cleaners and repair companies to get the property ready. She previewed many properties during the buying process to narrow down our search and gave good advice during our negotiations. I really enjoyed working with Terri because of her personalized service and attention to detail. She was available to me at all hours and returned my calls promptly. I highly recommend Terri if you want to buy or sell in the Treasure Valley!

Terri was absolutely fantastic to work with overall. Very friendly and personable, and she was excellent at communicating and coordinating info with the bank and selling agent, etc. She even went above and beyond to help facilitate communication on my behalf when my phone died in the middle of the buying process.
