Karen Boos

I have been a realtor for 40 years in California, and have employed Karen three times for my Idaho needs, both as a buyer and a seller. She is knowledgeable and plain spoken, and willing to go the extra mile to handle non standard details. She is adept at handling the escrow process, anticipating and handling the wide variety of issues that can arise that can derail a smooth closing. Above all, I find her trustworthy, which is the bottom line, especially for someone not in the area to oversee things personally. I know real estate well, and this is an informed opinion.
