Terry Taylor recently helped us sell our home in Star, Idaho. We believed the sale might be challenging as a pool filled most of the back yard and there was only a two car garage. We called Terry Taylor based on an extremely positive recommendation from a family member who had success selling and buying a house with him. Terry responded to our call within a few minutes, he made an appointment within a few days and when he met with us he spent several hours, brought supporting sales for the area and offered to pay for an initial appointment with a staging professional. He was friendly, non-judgmental and professional no matter what questions or concerns we shared with him. I know Terry advertised our home not only in Idaho but in California where potential buyers might be looking. However, after three more weeks on the market (and an offer we refused), we discovered a major leak in the master bathroom and took the house off the market. We relied on Terry’s experience in the building industry to find a “repair and restore” solution. The work was extensive and took several months but Terry continued to track our progress and maintain contact. He always returned our texts or calls with a positive, encouraging attitude. When the project was finally done, he brought updated sales from the area to make sure the re-listing was under current market conditions. Another buyer made an offer within days and Terry led us through several negotiations that ended in a successful sale of our “unique” home. We were satisfied throughout the whole process with his attention to detail, his advice, wide range of contacts and the positive attitude we encountered with each contact. And, in addition, he helped us buy a condo in the middle of all this—met us the day we saw the listing, made a timely offer, advised us in a bidding war, recommended a mortgage company and completed the deal. We would recommend Terry Taylor for any real estate transaction in the Treasure Valley.

Laura was the best realtor I have ever had. She went above and beyond what I would have expected on several occasions. Additionally she would always follow through on the commitments she made to me. If I needed a service she knew who to contact, and even would help set up appointments when I was busy. Also at one point in house hunting I was about ready to give up, and she responded that she just hasn't looked hard enough to find us the perfect house, lo and behold we had an offer on a house less than two weeks later. I followed her advice on what improvements to make on my house, and it ended up being on the market less than 48hrs before it was sold. Thank you!

With a very extensive knowledge of the area and firm grasp on this extremely unpredictable market, Laura helped us tailor the perfect offer to help us secure the house we wanted. She even negotiated the "extras" we were looking for and saved us thousands in out-of-pocket expense. She is knowledgeable and plain spoken, and willing to go the extra mile to handle non standard details. She is adept at handling the escrow process, anticipating and handling the wide variety of issues that can arise that can derail a smooth closing.
