If it wasn't for Laura we probably wouldn't have gotten our house. She was patient and showed us multiple houses when we needed so we would not lose our opportunity. She found a house that checked our boxes and was knowledgeable in the the market and knowing the people in the business. She knew what offer to bid to ensure we were able to close on our house. I would definitely recommend Laura to all my friends and family because I believe she was the important factor in getting our house. Laura first of all is a great communicator, staying in contact and able to explain the details of home buying well. Laura was absolutely amazing to work with! With my wife and I being out of state, Laura was able to do everything in her power to facilitate everything for us. She met with our family in the area, spoke on the phone, texted, and emailed consistently throughout the process and after hours to make sure things were going smoothly and to make everything as stress free as possible for us! Not only were we buying a home out of state, but we were also first time home buyers and had absolutely no idea what to expect from the process. Laura is extremely friendly, down to earth and went above and absolutely beyond from what we expected of her. We had dealt with other realtors previously trying to “help” get us into a home with no avail and Laura was definitely second to none in our minds! Would we recommend Shannon, yes and this is why. She is pleasant to work with. Attentive to our goal with a mindfulness on our finances. Showed us properties along with an eye on our reactions. She listened to our concerns which showed in the type of homes she showed us. When we decided on a home she kept on top of any problems. Shannon's ability to keep a cool head and to handle situations made the purchase almost a breeze. In our eyes, she went the extra mile when it wasn't necessary.

Alex has helped us over the last 12 months to purchase an amazing house in Eagle. I have worked with Samir two times now - once to buy a house and once to sell a house. Samir is everything I wanted in an agent. He is extremely knowledgeable and gives fantastic advice based on thorough research. He has given me the outcomes I want even in an extremely competitive market and throughout all of the uncertainty and volatility of the local and national economic situation. He is so responsive that I try not to message him too late at night, because I know he WILL respond. He is very thorough and answers every question I have, always presenting me with his findings and his suggestions without trying to persuade me but rather letting me make informed decisions that are right for me. Laura made our first home buying experience an excellent one. I learned so much from her and she took the time to explain every detail, remind us of upcoming deadlines and check in along the way to see how we were feeling. She was able to accommodate our work schedules and we were always so excited to meet up with her to tour more homes because of how helpful she was in pointing out every detail we might need to consider in a certain property. Plus, she is such a genuinely nice, fun and kind hearted person to be around! All in all, I'm so happy we met her one day at an open house because I honestly don't know what we would have done without her support and expertise in this complicated but exciting venture!
