My family was caught up in the housing shortage. Our apartment was rented out from under us when we refused to sign a new lease, and we ended up living in a hotel for over a month. However, it could have been all summer if we hadn't had Doug. He understood our situation and was really on top of things for us. We met up several days in a row, and decided on a floor plan that worked for my family. Doug quickly found every home available of that model, and we aggressively viewed and offered on several, until we got lucky and one stuck. Even though we were offering above asking prices, we were often out bid by cash offers from out of state. Knowing the urgency of the situation (family of 7 in 1 hotel room), He kept on top of it and we were in a house within a little over a month!

Laura did a great job of getting my house sold. Even when the first buyers agent and loan officer were completely unprofessional in not letting us know the loan didn’t go through until the day before the closing. They acted like no big deal. Laura was profession got the house back in the market and got a better offer to a great couple the same day as it hit the market. Laura was more impressive was when we bought the house in 2017 the market was crazy and driving in snow storms looking for the house to buy. Probably looked at 20 house and 3 houses sold as we was looking in the house looking at them:
