Very attentive!

Joni was on time for meetings. She answered the phone when I called or she called back in a prompt manner. She was communicative. When she didn't have the appropriate sign for our property with an RV lot, she improvised I must say we didn't work with her all that long because the property sold the first day! We received two full price offers. I think one of those offers was due to the sign she created. She knows the Pine/Featherville area very well. She is easy to work with.

We were separated by 100 miles from the property that was listed. Joni and Allan went above and beyond attending to details that we were not conveniently available to take care of. Not just once but on several occasions. Truly professional and they kept us informed. Very knowledgeable about the market.

Very Knowledgeable of the area real estate market.

After having my house sit on the market for over 5 months with no offers and seeing the homes in my subdivision selling I realized the issue was the realtor. I reached out to Laura and found a person with maturity and a thorough understanding of the real estate market. She was willing to listen to my concerns with my former agent and was very upbeat about selling my home. We had some very frank discussions and she was able to get my home sold within 60 days based on US working together. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their homes in the current volatile housing marking in Ada County. She has a solid reputation among her peers and is easy to work with and had "serious" buyers looking at my home.

We bought our first home!

Laura was an absolute joy to work with. We were shopping in a competitive market with a smaller budget, but she was able to find an amazing home for us, that checked all our boxes. Her negation and seller communication proved to be a huge help in securing the property. She was also just as picky as us when it came to making sure our home got the proper seller repairs before we took ownership. Laura was flexible when it came to listing times and was prepared to see as many houses as it took to find the right one. But also gave us the right amount push when we found a great opportunity. I would recommend her to anyone!
