Laurie emphasized the fact that she was working for me. That was demonstrated throughout the selling experience. She stayed at OPEN houses start to finish. When we lowered price it was a mutual feeling and both came up with same number. When offer was made some minor interior work was requested. She had an excellent handyman who was available and reasonable. I trusted her. This was the home I grew up in. She treated it and me with respect and integrity.
