We were so fortunate to have found Stephanie Calinoff with Douglas Elliman when we decided to move from Brooklyn to Suffolk County. As our Real Estate Advisor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was super patient as we traveled from Brooklyn to look at homes over several weeks. She also cautioned us about unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. Teri is wonderful. I never could have managed it without her. She sold my home in one day .It wasn't because my home was so great. It's all the work she did prior to the sale , planning, pricing, working with me through all my fear and doubts and problems. I had lived there 49 years and had clutter galore.She organized the staging for show, the open house, all the inspections and necessary papers, I needed oil tank abandonment etc. She worked with my lawyer. Managed to close in NY with out me during the virus outbreak. Terri became so much more than my real estate person, she became my friend. Worked hand in hand with the real estate person down here.
