She was always available and responsive to my questions and concerns, even during weekends and evenings, and she was very supportive throughout the whole process, especially since this was my first time buying a home. I was pretty picky and I was looking for a condo in a specific complex. When one unit became available, Stephanie texted me right away. She got me a showing the next day and my offer was accepted that same evening. Any question I had about the condo, she communicated with the seller’s agent right away and I got an answer within a few minutes. I would highly recommend using Dorrie Hammill as your realtor. She assisted me in selling my house and she found me a beautiful Condo. My house, which was not in the best shape, was sold in 1 month!!! I could not believe it. The Condo that I wanted was a "hot" property. She explained to me what I had to do to ensure that I would get the property. I never was involved in a bidding war and the whole process was new to me, but with her guidance, I came out the winner!! Denise is AMAZING in every sense of the word. We haphazardly met Denise at an open house and looking back in retrospect; it seems as though that is how faith wanted it. My husband and I began our search not really know much, feeling overwhelmed but also wanted to just wet out feet in the process. After meeting Denise, the process even though still overwhelming in its nature became much, much easier. Denise is the most wonderful person, she literally answered every question we had at any time during the day; her text response time is immediate. She helped us find homes that checked off all our boxes. In addition to this, homes that we sent to her, Denise would do the research and weed out all the houses that didn't meet our checklist. It was also important for us to work with someone who understood that there were times where we needed to take a step back, a breather and Denise was very respectful of that time. She knew when to push back and she knew when to give us space to think and make decisions. We now have our home and a baby on the way and Denise still takes the time to check in on us. These are not qualities that you'll find in everyone; we're definitely happy that our stars lined up and it brought us to Denise.

Lorraine is the absolute best realtor! Knowledgeable and hard working are understatements. We had never sold a home before so we did a bit of research for the kind of realtor you want and Lorraine hit everything we were supposed to check off. Initially we met to have Lorraine help us prepare our home for sale. She was honest about what we needed to "freshen" up and what we needed to clear out, we have a lot of stuff. After we walked through the house we sat down and she shared her selling history, explained how she handles open houses, she had all the current, comparable local home sales. Lorraine spent several hours going over everything from a-z, she left nothing out for us to guess. Lorraine also never told us what to do, she told us our options and what each decision would mean to US. Once our home was on the market Lorraine called me EVERY DAY to give me updates, feedback from other realtors and buyers. We never felt alone or unsure, Lorraine had our backs.
