Denise Gerber

Denise is AMAZING in every sense of the word. We haphazardly met Denise at an open house and looking back in retrospect; it seems as though that is how faith wanted it. My husband and I began our search not really know much, feeling overwhelmed but also wanted to just wet out feet in the process. After meeting Denise, the process even though still overwhelming in its nature became much, much easier. Denise is the most wonderful person, she literally answered every question we had at any time during the day; her text response time is immediate. She helped us find homes that checked off all our boxes. In addition to this, homes that we sent to her, Denise would do the research and weed out all the houses that didn't meet our checklist. It was also important for us to work with someone who understood that there were times where we needed to take a step back, a breather and Denise was very respectful of that time. She knew when to push back and she knew when to give us space to think and make decisions. We now have our home and a baby on the way and Denise still takes the time to check in on us. These are not qualities that you'll find in everyone; we're definitely happy that our stars lined up and it brought us to Denise.

As a first time home buyer Denise was such a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. She was extremely professional, responsive, and timely. Any concerns I had throughout the process she either had an answer to or was willing to research further to assist. She also lent her expertise to guide us in the direction that was best for my family. I truly appreciate her support through it all and would highly recommend her to friends and family. Even after completion of closing she has remained in contact and continued to guide us through any housing challenges we have faced.
