Colin has been very patient with us every time and we never seemed rushed or pressured to make a decision. We are first-time home buyers. I requested information on a listing and Colin was one of the realtors that responded to my inquiry. There was something we liked about him right away- knowledgeable but not pushy or annoying. So, we chose him to help us find our home and we definitely made the right choice. He listened to what we wanted and never wasted our time with homes that were outside our preferences and/or price range. We had a few "hiccups" in negotiations but he was right there to provide support and guide us through it. If you're one to believe that wisdom only comes through experience, then Colin will definitely challenge that belief!
