Wouldn't ever consider anyone else for buying or selling a home! Colin is amazing! He answered every question or concern we had and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend him. My loved ones have already all been referenced over to him and feel the same! No one is better than Colin!!

Colin has been very responsive to the numerous requests we had. He has taken us to see several homes in a variety of locations including summit, stark and medina county. Colin has been very patient with us every time and we never seemed rushed or pressured to make a decision. We have a couple of unique finance situations and he has been patient with us and showing us a variety of options. He is helpful with information regarding the houses we have seen. We are still working with Colin.

We are first-time home buyers. I requested information on a listing and Colin was one of the realtors that responded to my inquiry. There was something we liked about him right away- knowledgeable but not pushy or annoying. So, we chose him to help us find our home and we definitely made the right choice. He listened to what we wanted and never wasted our time with homes that were outside our preferences and/or price range. We had a few "hiccups" in negotiations but he was right there to provide support and guide us through it. If you're one to believe that wisdom only comes through experience, then Colin will definitely challenge that belief! Do not be afraid to use someone who's a little "greener"- especially if it's Colin.
