I can sum up my experience with Danielle Sharp of Sharp Homes Realty in one word: AMAZING!!! Danielle is an absolute true professional who just flat out knows her stuff. Both my wife and I are attorneys and have bought/sold several other properties over the years, so this was not our first rodeo. I was a little skeptical at first in regards to Danielle's very optimistic estimate for what we could potentially sell for. I put her on the spot and had her explain: (i) the underlying reasoning for pricing; and (ii) the sales strategy that she would be employing. Immediately I was very impressed with how well she was able to, on the spot, succinctly articulate her thought process, reasoning, and strategy, all the while with me asking very piercing questions. So while I felt confident in the logic behind what she said, I was still in the "I will believe it when I see it" mindset for how I expected things to actually shake out. Now sitting here after closing occurred yesterday, all I can say is "WOW, Danielle delivered." Not only did we hit the sales price she predicted, I watched her, step-by-step, promptly execute on every piece of the sales strategy she had explained to me and then watched as her predictions on how things would play out fall right into place, one puzzle piece at a time. The combination of seeing the big picture so clearly coupled with intense attention to detail and finely tuned professional instincts makes Danielle a true force to be dealt with in the real estate profession. I truly and honestly could not feel more comfortable recommending Danielle to anyone looking to buy/sell real estate in SWFL.

My husband and I just bought our first home last month and I could not be happier that we went with Danielle. We had been looking at houses for awhile and had 2 other realtors before her and none of them just seemed to click as well as it did with her. Not only was she professional, thorough, and knowledgeable; she was always responsive and helpful with being a liaison between us and our builder. She stuck with us, even though we had some bumps in the road with the building process, she always resolved any issue that was brought to the table and calmed our uneasiness with the situations at hand. As a first time buyer, Danielle has set the bar extremely high for my realtor expectations. I hope to be able to have her as my realtor again in the future when buying another home.
