Both my wife and I are attorneys and have bought/sold several other properties over the years, so this was not our first rodeo. I was a little skeptical at first in regards to Danielle's very optimistic estimate for what we could potentially sell for. I put her on the spot and had her explain: (i) the underlying reasoning for pricing; and (ii) the sales strategy that she would be employing.
