The entire process was longer than we anticipated and somewhat humbling. Having recently sold a home in May of 2021 when the market was hot, we thought it would be quick, but soon realized this was a unique selling market. Shelly was wonderful during the entire process. She was always positive, focused and communicated very well. Shelly was very creative and listened to our ideas on potential new strategies. She displayed relentless energy and enthusiasm throughout and lifted our spirits when we showed signs doubt. We never felt any pressure from Shelly during the process and felt like we were always working as a team to sell our house. Though the journey took longer than we thought, Shelly made it enjoyable because she always displayed so much contagious enthusiasm.
