The entire process was longer than we anticipated and somewhat humbling. Having recently sold a home in May of 2021 when the market was hot, we thought it would be quick, but soon realized this was a unique selling market. Shelly was wonderful during the entire process. She was always positive, focused and communicated very well. Shelly was very creative and listened to our ideas on potential new strategies. She displayed relentless energy and enthusiasm throughout and lifted our spirits when we showed signs doubt. We never felt any pressure from Shelly during the process and felt like we were always working as a team to sell our house. Shelly is an amazing realtor and great person overall. She took the time to learn about us and the type of home we were looking for, and came back with a lot of great listings for us to narrow down to a short list. She is caring, very patient and knowledgeable, and we enjoyed our time touring homes with her and learning about the various communities, the different builders, and more. She took care to inform us about things, that as newcomers to Florida, we may not be aware of or know to watch out for.
