I am the broker/owner of Rowan Realty. I have been a full time real estate professional in St. Augustine since 2001 and I have lived in St. Augustine since 1997. My background prior to real estate was in customer service and I earned my bachelor's degree from USF in Tampa. I have been personally investing in real estate since 2003. My geographic area of expertise is Anastasia Island and St. Augustine Beach, which is also where I live.
