Where do I even begin to praise Celeste for her support in selling my house? For starters, she saw the potential in the property even when I was feeling overwhelmed by the prospect of repairs. Not only did she guide me through several layers of improvements to the property, she brought in top tier subcontractors and craftsmen. On top of that, she even managed many of the contractors herself while I wasn't able to be present at the property. The sale price I was able to get would not have been possible without these repairs, and I owe it all to Celeste for encouraging me and even leading the process. As first-time home buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Lane Washburn.
