Gretchen handled every part of our home sale. Since we didn’t live in the state, she handled any needed repairs and communicated with photos to back up any work that was done. She gave us comps to help in determining the best price and held open houses for brokers and the public. Our house sold so quickly thanks to Gretchen and her hard work. Sissy was great and I would recommend her to anyone buying/selling in the NEw Orleans area. She is very knowledgeable about the New Orleans market and knows how to prioritize her clients needs.
