Our friend recommended Maya because she said "Maya is a beast in the realty world" and we came to realize how true that statement was. She truly fought and negotiated in our best interest when we sold our current home and bought our new house. She is diligent, professional, and very knowledgeable. The process of selling/buying can be stressful but she honestly makes it fun and exciting. She gets it done no matter what it takes and that's why we will continue to recommend her to everyone we know. She is definitely the realtor you want if you plan on buying or selling your home.

Maya is an experienced real estate agent. She has enough knowledge on the homes to buy / sell in the RTP area. It was nice to have her on my side during the home owning process.

Maya was such a joy to work with in finding my first home! She worked hard to make sure I received everything I was promised by the sellers. She looked out for me with things that I wouldn't have even thought of-very knowledgeable!! I will definitely use her when I buy my next house!

Maya was always quick to respond to any questions I had, even when she was supposed to be on a European vacation! She absolutely made the experience easier and had no problems helping me through my first home purchase

We were referred to Maya by one of colleagues and we could not have been happier with our experience. She is unlike other realtors, who really knows the local market and the business of realty. Her 18 years of experience shows throughout the home purchasing process. She spent a lot of time getting to know us and showed the properties that we were real candidates. Should we ever be in need of another property I would have no hesitation in calling Maya. At the end of home purchasing process, we not only got our dream home but also a wonderful friend.

Maya did a great job getting our old house sold and walked us through all the steps needed to built a new custom house. We couldn't have done it without her.

Maya was a pleasure to work with. She always responded to emails and texts immediately. Despite her very busy schedule, she made herself available to show us properties the same or next day. Highly recommend her and Linda Trevor & Co!

Maya is fantastic! She recently helped us with the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home. She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and was able to put us at ease throughout both the buying and selling processes when we ran into issues or had concerns. Maya is very detail oriented and is always looking out for the best interests of her clients. We could not have asked for a better agent to help us through this process!

Maya is fantastic! We are new to North Carolina and didn't know where to begin. She took us around all the different neighborhoods and helped us find the best location for our family and what is now our current dream home. We highly recommend her!

We were relocating from NJ to NC, and Maya helped from end to end in buying a house (house search, mortgage, inspection, and a lot more). She is very knowledgeable and has excellent negotiating skills, when it comes to builders. HIHGLY RECOMMEND her to anyone.

I feel so fortunate that I happened to be searching realtors online and Maya called me. Maya is far and away the best realtor I have ever dealt with. I was new to the area and did not know what I wanted or where I wanted to be. Maya was so patient. She took me anywhere I wanted to go and she listened and learned what I wanted. She was honest if she thought a house was just "not right". She was extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done and advised me on costs of repairs. She answered my calls and texts right away. She was so helpful. If you are looking for a buyers agent in the Triangle I recommend you call Maya!!!! She found my dream home and helped me get it. I admired her work ethic and I just enjoyed her company. She's the best and I truly mean this.
