It is hard to believe we just purchased our third home under the stewardship of Susie. This wad my first resale buy in a long time. The process is a bit different then a new home purchase. We appreciated the guidance and professionalism Susie provided. The contacts Susie and Maya have for minor repairs, cleaning, loans etc. went a long way in simplifying this purchase.

Maya was a fantastic agent! We met with a few agents before Maya, and as soon as we met with her, we knew we’d be in good hands! In a matter of weeks Maya had a plan of action. We did not have to worry about any logistics as Maya cared for us each step of the way! I genuinely could not believe how easy she made the process for us! If you want a realtor who is an expert at her craft, will give you honest advice, and take care of you each step of the way, look no further!

Maya was incredibly attentive towards us and our needs throughout our home-buying process. We live out of state and she made us so comfortable because we trusted her after meeting her and seeing her expertise as we toured houses. We trusted Maya touring the house for us and we were not disappointed. We absolutely love our new house and new neighborhood and she knocked it out of the park helping us select this house as we were in Europe. Thank you Maya!!

Maya knows the market and gave pragmatic advice attuned to our preferences. She took the time talking with us about how we wanted to approach selling our house. She organized everything that needed to be done to prep the house for sale and kept the process on track. The house sold for a good price within a month of going on the market. Maya has a good team working with her so all the details were handled with minimum stress to us. I recommend Maya without reservation.

Her past experience fit well with my expectations. She has assembled a competent team to handle the various aspects of selling. I appreciated her suggestions along the way and most importantly, Maya brought us to closing in record time. I believe I chose well in selecting her as my Realtor.

I was referred to Maya and the Legacy team by a family friend in the real estate business and I couldn't be happier with the results. Maya's availability, communication and knowledge of the business were amazing, I live across the country so everything was remote and via email and text. Maya was always available via text for me, and the staff in the office was as well. We were signing papers on a Wednesday afternoon on the west coast and had a question, we were able to reach Gina for clarification even though it was well after closing time on the east coast. I'd highly recommend working with Maya and the Legacy team for any real estate transaction you need.

I had an excellent experience working with Maya during the purchase of my home. Whenever I asked for information about a property, she responded quickly and always provided all the details I needed. Every time I wanted to see a house, she was available and willing to schedule a showing right away. Maya was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Her experience and dedication made buying a home much easier and less stressful. Thank you, Maya, for all your hard work and outstanding service. You have a wealth of experience, and I would not hesitate to work with you again in the future. I highly recommend Maya to anyone looking to buy a home. Thank you so much!

Maya was an incredible advocate throughout our home search, helping us find a place we truly love. She went above and beyond by sending us weekly videos of homes we were interested in, which made all the difference as out-of-town buyers. Navigating a long-distance home purchase can be stressful, but Maya made the entire process seamless with her outstanding communication and dedication. We couldn’t be happier…highly recommend!
