We spoke with two potential real estate agents. After speaking to the first one, I knew that there was no way that the second one would top her. Well, Maya did in every way. She was super easy to work with and extremely helpful. She was proactive in helping us seal the deal on our new home. Maya's team was fantastic, friendly, professional and accommodating. They worked on our time and were so courteous. She met me at the Design Center and basically walked me through picking out all the things that needed to be done. She kept me on budget and was more than helpful in deciding colors for me. Our house sold very quickly due to the outstanding service and marketing they put into the listing. It was overall a pleasant experience. And putting your house on the market is not something I would consider pleasant. They made it as easy as possible. I was proud to have her name on the For Sale sign in our yard. I would highly recommend her for your listing or buying agent (or both).

Maya represented the buyers of our house and her team member was our realtor. We were planning on a spring sale but Maya drove a couple by who fell in love with it and there was no negotiation about price so we changed our move date to accommodate them. Maya was concerned about us finding just the right home we wanted in another city and very helpful during the move. She even had the home number of the moving company scheduler when we needed to postpone delivery of our furniture on a Sunday night. I would highly recommend Maya.
