I'd highly recommend Maya to anyone looking to purchase a home (and already have referred friends). She was easily able to answer all of our questions as first time homebuyers and guide us through the process. She's very experienced and knowledgeable and was always vocal about what she saw in a house, making sure we were as informed as possible in every decision. I never felt pressured in any way, and always felt like Maya was our biggest advocate when it came to making a decision and negotiating with the seller. She also has a very strong network for anyone related to the home buying process, we used contractors and a loan servicer she recommended and could not be happier.

Hire Jon, make your life easy. Right from the start he nailed what needed to be fixed, how to make it look move it ready and got the valuation dead on accurate. He knows Chapel Hill, Hillsborough and Durham really well. We sold our place in Hillsborough with him. When problems came up (don't they always in house sales?), he had the resources at his finger tips to get the problems solved. He also knew when to push back on unreasonable demands and how to smoothly navigate negotiations. Closing was a breeze. Easy process for us with Jon's advice.

She and her team made the selling process easy and handled a lot on the backend for us which allowed my wife and I to focus on packing and moving into our new house. Let us begin by saying that Maya is absolutely wonderful and we would recommend her to anyone that we know in search of a home! My partner and I are first time home buyers and we were looking for a home in the Raleigh area that fit our modest budget. I immediately felt as though I could be honest with her about my concerns and questions as a first-time home buyer, especially in the current sellers market. Her transparency and honestly was exactly what I needed to hear through the process. She was knowledgeable about so many different neighborhoods and areas in the Raleigh area and surrounding cities too (Garner, Clayton, Fuquay, etc) and was able to let us know about current value and potential value in the future!
