Maya is an exceptional real estate agent. She helped our family purchase our house in Durham NC while we lived in Maryland. We trusted Maya enough to buy our house without actually seeing it during the pandemic. She knows the market, area, schools, traffic patterns, conveniences and the real estate industry. Maya also helped us purchase our first investment property outside of the RTP area. As a real estate investor herself, she was an advocate and resource to help find exactly what we were looking for. She's extremely well connected to all sorts of contractors, painters, landscapers...you name it. As someone who previously had a real estate license, I can say with confidence that Maya is the best out there.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Yvette We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Yvette. She was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about all the requirements and she made it an enjoyable and easy experience despite the challenging market environment. She is a very professional real estate agent and we highly recommend her. Verified by RateMyAgent

We are so thankful for all of the hard work and dedication from Maya and her wonderful team. We were first-time home buyers so the process was a bit intimidating, but Maya was there to guide us every step of the way, and to answer all of our MANY questions. She also put a lot of care into showing us the best homes for our needs, which really meant a lot to us. In the end, Maya helped us find an amazing home. We couldn’t be more thrilled!

I am delighted with my first home I am delighted with my first home. It would have been harder to buy a house without Yvette’s help. I was looking for a property near Cary while I knew no one there. I got to know Yvette, and she helped me until the closing like my family. I felt comfortable sending offers because Yvette always discussed her ideas, insights, strategy, and resourceful information about the house with me before moving forward with the offers. She took care of everything as if she bought her own home. She also has great interpersonal skills, which is critical in this competitive housing market. I believe her ability to build a good rapport with seller’s agents, inspectors, lenders, handyman, and all other professionals would be a great help for anyone buying/selling a home. Yvette is a professional, resourceful, honest, and caring realtor who I want to recommend to everyone. Cary, NC Verified by RateMyAgent

I am sitting by the fire with a glass of wine, very content in my new home I am sitting by the fire with a glass of wine, very content in my new home. In late December, I decided that I wanted to look at townhomes and that Apex was the most appealing place for me. I spoke with Yvette, telling her what I was interested in. She listened. The next day I met Yvette and ended up buying the second house she showed me, having viewed only 3. Two offers were already pending on the home and Yvette shepherded me through the white-hot housing market, helping to nuance my offer in a stepwise manner, as needed to make the purchase. The closing date was short and Yvette organized my meeting with a lending institution, inspection companies, and the due diligence and earnest money offerings. All in all, I am very happy with my home and the work that Yvette did on my behalf. Furthermore, she is very nice and fun to work with. I would recommend Yvette to everyone! Verified by RateMyAgent

I personally chose Shanda Heller as my agent because of her superb knowledge of the local real estate market, excellent selling history, and sharp focus to meet my unique real estate needs. My recent purchasing experience was phenomenal due to Shanda's negotiation skills. She was excellent throughout the entire purchasing process, especially during the price negotiations phase. No doubt, I will be making use of Shanda's real estate services again in the near future and will most definitely recommend her to friends and family members who are looking for a home purchase. Nothing but the highest praise for her skills, effort, and work ethic as the buyer agent on my deal.

I chose Shanda based on the recommendations of others in the community and I knew of her reputation. She is personable and outgoing, and always willing to do extra to help her clients and very much on your side. I trusted Shanda and always found I had good reason to. She offered good advice, including contacts for work needed if selling, and also listened to you.

As first time home-buyers, my husband and I were very uncertain what to expect from the buying experience. Shanda Heller came highly recommended to us from local friends and family. She immediately put us at ease with her local knowledge, tenacity and friendly demeanor. We could not have been more pleased with our experience working together with Shanda. She was very knowledgeable and introduced us to a great team that helped us throughout our buying experience. She was very patient with us and taught us both a great deal. We would absolutely recommend her to our friends and family in the future!

We had a wonderful and successful experience with Shanda.  We connected to her through the Zillow app because we were interested in a listed home.  Since we were out of state Shanda ran over and did a video tour of the home which was very helpful.  When we came to tour homes in person Shanda set up a great schedule that allowed us to see every home which we were interested in and provided great local knowledge about the neighborhoods.  When the time came to make an offer she helped us navigate the entire process from contract to closing and was invaluable in the process.  We would recommend her to any of our friends and family looking to buy a home in the area.
