Maya was not only our realtor she was the calm hand in the dark that lead us through the stress and anxiety of moving from Florida to NC. I have used Maya and her team twice now and I’m so glad I did. This time around, she helped me find a new home and also sell my existing home. Maya and her team made this whole process extremely easy from start to finish. They helped to negotiate a great deal on our new house, staged our existing house to help it sell quickly, and hosted multiple open houses driving lots of potential buyers in a short amount of time. Our house sold in less than two weeks for our asking price and Maya helped us time the sale and market right so we could stay in our old home all the way up until our new house was ready.
