Maya and her family have been amazing throughout the whole process! I left my old realtor when I met her at a house showing where she was the listing agent. She listened to what I was interested in buying, gave me lots of suggestions, was quick to get tours scheduled, and always responsive. She also knows EVERYBODY. It's wild how many connections she has. I have probably 5 different contractors contact info saved who can help with anything for the house I bought. I'm a first time home buyer, and she walked me through the whole process and was patient with me asking tons of questions (often more than once). Her contractors have done good work and at good prices and on very short notice. I almost don't want to recommend her so I can keep her all to myself but I guess you can use her too haha. PS she always checked in about my pets too and was happy to answer questions my dad had as well. Just a genuinely kind person whose whole family is involved in real estate.

Shannon was wonderful in helping us find our first home! We are newer to the area and did not know much about the different Raleigh suburbs. She helped us find an area that was perfect for our needs! She ultimately helped us get our house 20k under list price which was phenomenal as the appraisal came back over list so we had instant equity.
