Buying a home is never an easy process but...
Buying a home is never an easy process but Robert and his team helped us throughout every step of the way. We started our home search at the brink of the COVID-19 outbreak. Going through a global pandemic is stressful in itself but Robert and his team made sure that all of our needs were met as well as executing them at an exceptional level. Whenever I reached out to Shelly, Tamika, Alex, and even Robert they were all attentive and made me feel as if I was their only customer. Every hiccup we faced throughout our journey was fixed in a matter of minutes. I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with as being a first-time homeowner. 10 stars for this Real Estate Group!!!! I hope to work with them again in the future.

George is literally everything you need in a realtor and more! This was the first home I purchased and I went into the home buying process not knowing anything, but George explained every single step and put my stress at ease! He pointed out a lot of things about the houses we saw that I never would have thought about and it definitely helped us when choosing our home. He also saved us A LOT of money in closing costs. She is highly devoted to her clients, she has excellent communication through-out our real estate process. Evleyn Santiago-Blanks did an excellent job of advertising our home on the MLS. Our home sold in 5 days after listing with Evelyn Santiago-Blanks. Evelyn was presenting several offers while guiding us on how to approach each offer. Robert Watkins gave us 110% when it came to selling our home and buying a new one, it was a contingent sale and he finessed both sales as smoothly and quickly as possible. There really aren't enough words in the dictionary expressive enough to describe how awesome Robert and his team truly are. The level of professionalism is unreal. He must have a PhD in real estate to know so much about it because he puts all realtors who we worked with in the past to shame. We own several homes and After working with Robert on our last 3 homes he is our real estate agent for life. We sold a home with him recently and he is just as stellar as representing sellers as he is at representing buyers. His team lines everything out for you. They walk you through the process step by step and prepare you for whats about to come. The Liaisons name on our deals was Shelly and she is absolutely amazing. She represents the team so well and works with all parties from beginning to end. Robert can get any deal done. He builds a relationship with other real estate agents in a matter of minutes and leaves such a lasting impression on them that they know who he and his buyers are when he calls in before submitting an offer. He makes everything so personable that the everyone becomes one big team in the end to make sure escrow closes without a hickup. Robert found us our dream home without me seeing it. He had a vision for our home and we just had to trust him and run with it. Im so glad we did because we have the nicest house in the neighborhood with more equity inna year than most after 5 years. He has a system to get to know his clients and their needs so that he knows exactly what is needed without having to see 50 homes. If he lines up 5 or 6 for you i can assure you your next home will be in that group. He doesn't waste time because he knows in real estate you don't get do overs. It the family with the smartest and methodical real estate agent that ends up with their dream home leaving the most qualified wondering why they didn't get it.
