Buying a home is never an easy process but Robert and his team helped us throughout every step of the way. We started our home search at the brink of the COVID-19 outbreak. Robert Watkins gave us 110% when it came to selling our home and buying a new one, it was a contingent sale and he finessed both sales as smoothly and quickly as possible. He had a vision for our home and we just had to trust him and run with it. Im so glad we did because we have the nicest house in the neighborhood with more equity inna year than most after 5 years.
