Evelyn and Nuria were amazing!!! They were so kind, knowledgeable and quick to respond. It was obvious that they were looking out for our best interest. Evelyn is very knowledgeable, efficient and professional, but also very warm and caring. She takes the time and effort to walk you through the entire process. She really advocated for me when I found the house I wanted and decided to put an offer. The seller had many offers to choose from and I really believe that Evelyn had a lot to do with the reason my offer was accepted over all the others. She advocated for me and the seller's agent saw that she was someone who would get the job done and close the transaction. If I have any other transactions in the future, I would love to work with her again!
