Sale of my home

Excellent realtor to work with

Marianela is a very professional and knowledgeable realtor. We have bought 2 properties before the property Marianela helped us buy and the experience of working Marianela was the best. Within one week we visited five different properties, placed one offer on one property, we received a counter offer we did not accept. The next day we saw a property that changed from a Pending to Back on the Market status, we contacted Marianela right away and on that same day Marianela placed an offer and made an appointment for us to go see that property the following day, by the time we arrived there the seller was ready to accept our offer. We are very happy with our property and we are very thankful for the promptness with which Marianela dealt with our real estate purchase. In summary, working with Marianela reminded us of the way Realtors used to work in the past when they drove you around looking for houses and when they treated clients with respect and more on a personal level.

The Very Best During Uncertain Times

I have never sold a house before and I was nervous to do it during COVID-19. Marianela took care of everything from helping me determine the listing price to providing masks and hand sanitizer for the people who would come see the house. She made clear arrangements with the showing agents and with me because I was working from home and made accommodations quickly, when needed. She made the selling experience comfortable and she was knowledgeable with all the documents I had to sign and gave me an accurate timeline.

Top Notch Agent

Janice was the agent that helped my daughter purchase her home. I decided overnight to purchase a home and I needed an agent ASAP! I called my daughter and asked her for the name of her agent and she gave me Janice's number and I reached out to her. She immediately gave me access to start looking at houses. She pulled up a listing as well and we started our search. Janice was also available when I needed to reach out to her If had any questions or concerns. She was with us every step of the way from start to finish. She also followed up with me after a month or so to see how things were going, which I thought was really awesome. Janice is an amazing agent and I would recommend her to any first time home buyer or if you just decide to purchase another property. 🔥🔥🔥💯
