I've had Henry when I was originally purchasing my house 7 years ago and then selling my house just now. Both times it's been a professional experience, someone who meets deadlines, who's team will keep you informed throughout all steps of the process, had the knowledge to answer all of my questions and will help you all steps of the way. We had a month to close on the house but the buyer wanted to close a week earlier and Henry was able to make that happen. It may have been due to the current market conditions but we were able to sell our property for a lot more than what asked and through it Henry gave good advice on how to go about selling the property. It matters a lot who's on your team when you're going through a property transaction where any portion of it can be stressful, and for them to have the ability and knowhow to make it as seamless and smooth as possible.
