This sale was an extremely difficult one from the beginning. It was part of a contentious divorce and the other party was very uncooperative. Don was absolutely wonderful. He navigated the sale with professionalism and attention to detail. He was communicative and explained everything that was going on in a way I could understand. Even though the other party made selling this home very difficult, Don pushed through the nonsense and got the house sold quickly.
