Catherine sold our house in less than 1 month. She put in 110% to help us through the difficult aspects of the process, especially the negotiation phase.

Cathy made my home buying experience excellent and as easy as possible. Highly recommended!! If you don’t have your own inspection person and all other necessary people involved in the home buying experience, she has great people and she’ll set everything up for you. Can’t thank her enough for all her help .

Cookie was tireless in her pursuit to find us the right house. She would FaceTime us to tour houses since we lived in Indiana. We love the house we bought although the seller didn’t make it easy Cookie tried her best to compensate.

Catherine Cookie Miller was an absolute delight to work with. Honest, communicative, caring, helpful, and professional are all the attributes I would label her as being. With her help, we got an offer in 4 days after being on MLS and closed within 6 weeks. We could not be more satisfied. We recommend her 100%.

We recently purchased a home through "Cookie". She was very helpful in finding the type home we were looking for in our price range, location and needs. We also listed my Mother's mobile home with her and she very quickly found a CASH buyer for us. We are very happy with all the services she has provided!!!!! Would highly recommend her and would use her services again. She went up above and beyond what is normally expected to help have a satisfactory closing.

Cookie sold my home within 15 days after it was listed. She followed through every step of the way and made this one of the smoothest transactions ever. She is a true professional, a great comm unicator and I would recommend her to anyone. I could not have selected a better agent. Thank you again Cookie for selling my home!

Excellent real estate agent, worked with us and was always in contact quickly when the house was needing to be shown. Would recommend 10/10 times and will never sell or buy a home with someone else. Don't think twice, contact her now. Shes the best!
