Cookie was amazing to work with. She walked us through the home buying process, step by step and always gave a great explanation when we had questions. She was attentive to our needs and wants and made sure everything was in order for us. It was a great first buying experience.

Cookie was there for us every step of the way. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and was able to answer all of our questions with ease. She was always quick to respond to any inquiries that we had and most importantly, always followed-up with us throughout the entire process. We have bought and sold many homes and Cookie by far was the best. If you’re selling or buying a home, she is without a doubt the realtor you want by your side. It was such a pleasure working with her.

This is our second time having Cookie as our realtor. She is always on top of all the paperwork needed and goes above and beyond to help. She truly cares about people and not just there to make a sale.
