Catherine is a fantastic realtor! She is so responsive and is super detailed when it comes to paperwork. She's thorough and inspects every property as if it is her own. She thoroughly checked everything at closing to make sure there were no issues before I purchased my dream house. It was a pleasure to work with her and I look forward to working with her to sell my current home. 10 stars would recommend!

Dean, listed my house and was so on target I received an almost full priced offer within 24 hours. He wa there to meet the appraiser, explained where he found the comps to Price the house out. Even helped me get my flat roof sealed for repeat four point inspection. He also sold us our new Josue and was there every step of the way. Now he has to sell my girlfriends house for us.

Cookie is absolutely amazing and I am so happy that I hired her to list my home. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helped me navigate getting through the process of getting my house sold. Seling your home is extremely stressful and disruptive to life and having someone like Cookie that is experienced and gets ahead of any issues that could potential arise is very comforting. Additionally, having someone as qualified as her helped get my home sold quickly and I would absolutely hire her again and recommend her as your agent.

Cookie went into this sale with what we wanted and then we listened to her experiences with our property and the area, that she knew very well. Even with a few "hiccups " not on our selling end, on the buyer's end...she took us through all of them..sold our house and property in less than a month..THANK YOU so much. Jim

Moving is stressful and from PA to FL was no exception with 3 adults, 3 cars and a cat. From the first meeting with Cookie through the sit down at closing, she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the process, jumped in to be the middleman (middle woman) with clear and simple explanations of each step. She was always available for questions, to help us understand all the moving parts and kept us on track with all our deadlines. It was the best experience possible and we are loving our new home!

Cookie is a wealth of information when it comes to market knowledge. She is on top of her game. It does not matter if it's a small or large house you are looking for. Catherine "Cookie " gives 110 % and is extremely professional with outstanding communication. I bought a house and sold a house in a short period of time. I could not ask for a better sales agent. Her work is impeccable in the industry and easy to work with. Amazing service and results!

Cookie was very attentive in our home buying experience. She went the extra mile to make sure the home we purchased was in great order, asking for extra repairs before our purchase. Also, she was there through the loan process to keep us updated. She is definitely a 5 STAR AGENT!!!

This is the third time we’ve used Cookie, she’s that good! If you’re looking for a realtor that goes the extra mile and works in your best interest, look no further! Cookie understands the industry and works hard to find exactly what her clients are looking for. She doesn’t mind working evening and weekends if that’s what it takes. We’ve actually sold a house with her as well. She pays attention to detail with her listings. She uses professional photographers for her listings and posts your homes on multiple sites for maximum exposures. Her communication with the buyers realtor is top notch. Cookie is so professional in everything she does, she gets answers and gets the job done! Cookie is our forever Tampa Bay Realtor!!!
