If you are looking for a realtor who will work in your best interest, look no further! This is our third time using Cookie, two houses we’ve sold and one we bought with her help. Each time we have used her our experience has been consistent. She works hard with the other realtor as well to make sure their clients needs are also meet. No matter what day of the week or what reasonable hour I would reach out to her, she would always reply within a reasonable amount of time. If Cookie didn’t know the answer she would work hard until she found an answer. There’s no guesswork with her, she is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and always spot on. What a pleasant experience during what would normally be a stressful experience. We highly recommend Cookie as your next realtor.

We were driving home from Florida after viewing many properties but not finding what we were looking for. Saw one that popped up 10 minutes earlier, called the agent for a showing, and within an hour we were set up with Zach. We saw the house, we loved the house, we bought the house. It was such an easy process. Highly recommend Zach for his willingness to make the deal happen and for being available when we needed him to be.
