Have used Mike before. Professional, always communicates and updates us just about every day. We had multiple offers and Mike handled everything perfectly as expected. When an issue came up with an accepted offer, he took the steps to take care of the issue and advised us to move on to another offer which we finally accepted at a much higher price!

My Experience with Francine from beginning to end (although I am not sure it will ever end) was absolutely incredible! She is so knowledgeable and patient and always tried to make sure My wife and I understood what we were dealing with. She is extremely professional and so kind and helped me with all matters relating to my home purchase in South Florida even past the closing. Francine did everything possible to make my life easy. I never thought I would expect this level of service from a Realtor and I believe this is what sets her apart from other Realtors. Her Passion for Real Estate is so obvious. She really does care! I chose Susan Brown because in the 19 years I lived in Fairfield at Boca I knew she not only had sold in this community but had previously lived there as well. I made the right choice. Susan is not only knowledgeable about Fairfield at Boca, but she has been a realtor for 20+ years and is passionate about her profession. She was very personable from the moment I contacted her until the moment we parted ways when I moved. Susan listens, makes recommendations, and communicates. She immediately started to plan my listing and market my home. She had viewings of my home almost daily and helped me get not only my asking price, but the perfect buyer. Even with this busy real estate market being what it is, Susan made this happen during a very difficult time with it being the Holidays, end of the year, and her office being closed part of this time due to Covid illnesses (herself included). I cannot recommend Susan highly enough!

Susan is very professional. She knows her stuff. She is honest and works hard to sell your property. She tells you what she thinks you should list it for and gets it done. I have been deceived by other realtors in the past that tell you can get a lot more for your property. They waste your time and money! Susan is terrific and I would highly recommend her!!!
