I've been in the mortgage business for over 20 years and have known, and know, many Realtors, but Susan is one of the most professional, communicative, and knowledgeable agents I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with (and no, I don't receive any referrals from her since I don't live in her area). Unlike many other agents, she seems to love the job and the challenges that it presents and works hard to make sure that her customer is happy and the deal gets done. She priced my mom's home right and didn't seem to mind rolling up her sleeves to complete the finishing touches on having the home ready to move in for the new owner. She and her team know the local contacts to take care of small issues that come up with inspections and always kept our family in the loop when it came to updates and problems. With any problems, she offered solutions and discussed them with us rather than telling us "you need to do this". I can't say enough good things about Susan and her team and my only complaint is that she isn't licensed in Texas to sell my house.

My aunt, who lived in West Palm Beach, passed away in February. She left her condo to her younger brother, who lives in PA, each of his 2 daughters, 1 in PA and 1 in DE, and to me, an OH resident. My cousins and I first met with Abbie in March. She explained next steps, what would need to happen, and answered all of our questions. Over the next few months Abbie waited patiently until I was appointed Personal Representative of my aunt's estate and could sign the paperwork allowing her to list the property for sale. Abbie was able to find local people for us to effect repairs, refurbish the condo, clear unwanted items, and more. Abbie dealt professionally with the service providers, potential buyers, the title agency, the heirs, and the attorney for my aunt's estate. She was always available for counsel and help.
