I would recommend Karen Sneed as a listing realtor to anyone in South Florida. The moment I contacted her she came over to the house and pitched in to help me clean and rearrange furniture. As we worked through the sale process of my aunt’s estate, she helped me navigate through many difficult hurdles in meeting the requirements of a very complicated will with 30 heirs and 14 charities. She found us an excellent real estate attorney who was able to walk us through the many steps of probate court approvals.

I first met Susan at one of her listings, that I was interested in viewing. I placed a call to her and she was able to fit me in her busy schedule and show the home to me that afternoon. Something clicked between us and after that first encounter, I instantly knew that I had found my new Florida Realtor. I was moving from Colorado and needed a skilled, knowledgeable agent to work on my behalf. We worked together, looking at homes, over the next few months. Susan’s knowledge of Boca Raton and the surrounding cities is amazing. She knew the details of the neighborhoods and HOA’s, in Boca Raton, inside and out. Once we found The House, she was fierce in her negotiating skills and getting the most house, for the best price, for my money. The home required some major water line replacement and Susan placed a call to her Plumber and reserved the week after we closed, to conduct the necessary repairs. This water line replacement also involved Dry Wall Repair, post new water line install and painting. Susan made this chaotic process look easy, with her skills and her list of top notch vendors, that she uses to support her business. All real estate transactions have bumps along the way, before you get to the closing table, but Susan handled them with ease. She made the highly emotional process of buying a home, a relatively stress free process. I highly recommend Susan Brown to anyone that is looking to Buy or Sell Real Estate in South Florida!

I contacted Susan Brown after attempting to find a home for my two sons who attend FAU. Susan was the listing agent on the home so I reached out after viewing the residence on Zillow. Susan explained that the home required membership in to the country club it was located in but asked me a few additional questions in regards to what I was looking for and offered to assist my further in my search. Susan helped us EVERY SINGLE STEP OF THE WAY. While viewing potential properties she cautioned us on places that she didn’t think were necessarily a fit for our students. She assisted with contacting HOA’s, other agents, and neighborhood experts to ensure that we had found the perfect place for our sons to live in Boca Raton while attending school. After making an offer Susan helped us with finding funding, inspectors, appraisers, insurance brokers, cleaners, painters, a/c contractors, and everything else you can think of. I've been in the mortgage business for over 20 years and have known, and know, many Realtors, but Susan is one of the most professional, communicative, and knowledgeable agents I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with (and no, I don't receive any referrals from her since I don't live in her area). Unlike many other agents, she seems to love the job and the challenges that it presents and works hard to make sure that her customer is happy and the deal gets done. She priced my mom's home right and didn't seem to mind rolling up her sleeves to complete the finishing touches on having the home ready to move in for the new owner. She and her team know the local contacts to take care of small issues that come up with inspections and always kept our family in the loop when it came to updates and problems. With any problems, she offered solutions and discussed them with us rather than telling us "you need to do this". I can't say enough good things about Susan and her team and my only complaint is that she isn't licensed in Texas to sell my house.
