Michael is outstanding. Because he was so vigilent I was able to get the type of house I most wanted, no compromises. We all know that finding a new house and selling an old house is stressful but the experience was much less stressful because Michael was available and communicative at every stop of the way. I really appreciated the daily phone calls from Michael and he was always quick to respond to my questions and concerns. I always deferred to his judgement when decisions needed to be made.

He does his research on each property and tells you not only the pros but the cons of each property as well. Finally, Mike is very reliable. Really professional, our broker has put together a folder with photos for each of the properties to visit. It really was a turnkey project for both buying a property and selling it. Being Canadians, she took care of all legal aspects. Listening to our needs, she took care of every detail. She even helped us with the furniture purchase by taking us on a tour of the main stores. She also had a list of references to contact for renovations. If one day we buy a new property, we would use her services without hesitation, because we felt we could trust her totally.
