Mike sold my house years ago in Boca and got us top dollar in a rough market. So when I need help selling my aunts condo, I turned to him. First, he knew the market inside and out. Second, we had great communication. Always there when I needed him. Third, he was patient. He took the time to go over everything with my aunt (who is 80) and never lost his smile.
