Michael was awesome to work with!! We were new to the area and he took the time to understand what we were looking for and provided great suggestions on where we might look and at the same time respected our desire to look at particular properties. He was extremely patient and took us to view many properties to give us a sense of the area and market values. This was valuable to prepare us to react quickly when the right property became available. Once we determined to purchase a property Michael was completely behind us and guided us through the process in a very practical and professional manner. Michael never applied any pressure in any part of the process. He knew how and when to give needed perspective. Michael was very responsive and always willing to battle for us if/when needed. He's the best of real estate agents... wish there were more like Michael! As long as we're in the area.... we will always use Michael for our real estate needs.
