Elena is the best realtor I ever worked with, no words to describe how thankful I am for all her help! I was looking for investment property in FL, we were under time pressure due to 1031 exchange deadline. With COVID lockdown it wasn't looking promising for me since I am in CO and most of FL properties with my price range were removed from sale. However, Elena went above and beyond to make it happen for me. She found a listing that was removed and she got me the best possible deal on that condo. She went there to show me property and surroundings virtually, and not just once. Any time I had questions she would research and find all answers for me. She has incredible attention to details and deep knowledge of the market and the buying/selling process, her patience is truly amazing. She took care of everything, HOA approval, inspection, closing, walk through-- literally everything needed for this sale, protecting my interest. We became good friends since, she is also very funny and amazing communicator, always ready to help. We love our beautiful condo and my family couldn't be happier to have our own property in FL.
