I have worked with Mike Mondello on many deals over the past 20 years (and a few other agents in-between). I always find Mike to be very professional and I consider him the best of the best. Not a fast-talking "let's get it listed" type guy, Mike is focused on his client and what's important to them. He asks the right questions and gets the job done. I find that to be very important in a day when other "professionals" seem to come and go. Mike's history and knowledge in the business is 'golden' in my book.

mike made selling my mother’s home in another town run smoothly and with the least amount of anxiety. he always answered my calls and e-mails in a timely manner and kept me calm, not an easy thing to do. he made sure to include my 96 year old mother in the transaction and called her after the closing. during all of these communications she felt reassured and confident as to the details of the sale. i appreciate his efforts and professionalism.
