His professional demeanor and his patience with taking us through the process at our pace , explaining all that’s going on , asking for our feedback , wether it’s on the buyers side, sellers side, landlord side or tenant side - he can guide you to the best possible outcome and make it seem simple . After our last closing, he showed us a sheet with the names of 32 different professionals that had been involved in our closing- mortgage people, title people, inspectors, and more - all of which had to do their job in concert with the other 31 . We have bought fixer uppers to live in, fixer uppers to rent out, brand new homes to live in or rent out- followed Paul’s advice over the past 30 plus years , and as we get ready to retire- we feel,with Paul’s guidance and knowledge of the real estate game, we will be able to enjoy our “ golden years . You should call him , set up a time to meet, he will not pressure you in any way, just answer your questions , maybe offer some advice , and let you go at the pace you feel comfortable with .

I moved out of state almost 2 years ago, and for 18 months Paul managed the renting of our house, and did an awesome job of it. When we decided it was time to sell, he worked out a deal with the renters and was able to get our house on the market within 2 months. While we were 600 miles away, Paul did a great job of getting and keeping the house cleaned, recommendations for what the house needed and getting those done, showing the house, and the knowledge of knowing when to refuse the inappropriate offers so we could accept the good one. We only got a few thousand below asking price, but that was the fault of the appraiser, who refused to account for the work done and new roof, despite Paul being there and showing them the proof of the work. We would have got even less, but because of Paul's experience and negotiating talents, we nearly got what we asked for (which was actually MORE than we thought we would get when my wife and I decided to put it on the market, because Paul suggested a higher initial asking price). Paul will either email or text, and he communicates well and is quick to respond to questions. Without reservation, I would recommend Paul for any of your real estate needs. Thanks Paul! As a Real Estate Broker, I am knowledgeable and often critical of agents in this profession. After my tenant moved I out I decided to sell a home I owned in Orlando. Living too far away and in the middle of a pandemic I knew I needed to hire an agent. While I know many agents in the Orlando area, I chose to enlist the services of Paul. I soon discovered this was the best decision I could have made. He goes way beyond just sticking a sign in the yard. Paul managed all aspects of this transaction flawlessly. He facilitated, monitored and negotiated better pricing with various vendors working on the property to make it more marketable communicating with me every step of the way. I couldn't have gone through this process without Tony. He deserves an award for the hard work and dedication that was shown. Tony was able to answer all of my questions throughout the entire process. If a question was asked and he didn't know, he made sure to find out the answer the same day. Tony went over and beyond to assure the deal was closed. Ive never worked with anyone that was so passionate, trustworthy, patient, encouraging and motivated as Tony. I would recommend him to anyone that is interested in buying a home because if they had him on their team the process would be that much easier.
