Mike did a great job. I thought his proposed sale price was too high, but he was right. He kept us advised of what was going on and got a reasonably quick sale for about $25,000 more than I thought it would bring. His promotion pictures were beautiful and he followed up after the sale to make sure everything was done.

Mike was awesome! He was actually the sellers agent but we liked him so much we used him as our buyer agent as well. He went out of his way to ensure all of our questions and concerns were addressed and handled promptly is a professional and satisfactory manner. He also provided us with outside vendor and service recommendations to help make the ownership transition smooth and hassle free. This home was placed on the market at the same time a slight down turn in potential buyers occurred. Mike was persistent in having open houses and keeping us up to date on potential buyers. Mike also arranged a couple of minor repairs that were required as a result of the buyers home inspection. Something that saved us a lot of time as we were out of state.
