It was great having Mike Mondello as our Buyer's Agent! The closing wouldn't have been on time if it wasn't for Mike. The project manager was way behind and with Mike's persuasion, more contractors were put on the job, and we closed on schedule. While we were looking for the house, Mike knew what we were looking for and didn't try to show us anything that wasn't on our list. He was always available when we wanted to talk or would get back to us quickly. With his past experience in the house building industry, he would explain to us what the next process would be and whether or not claims made by the builders were possible. My wife and I enjoyed working with Mike and feel that if we needed to, we would definitely use him again. I strongly recommend him.

Mike’s experience and market knowledge is vast, but what makes Mike an outstanding agent and person is his integrity. He is dedicated to his clients, and this continues even after settlement/closing. He promptly replies to texts and emails and always, always has the answers to questions. Not only does he know the answers, he explains the somewhat confusing legal terms so they can be understood. If you are a buyer and new to the area, as we were, Mike’s knowledge will be a huge help. He will take good care of you and be in constant contact. Mike did a great job. I thought his proposed sale price was too high, but he was right. He kept us advised of what was going on and got a reasonably quick sale for about $25,000 more than I thought it would bring. Mike was awesome! He was actually the sellers agent but we liked him so much we used him as our buyer agent as well. He went out of his way to ensure all of our questions and concerns were addressed and handled promptly is a professional and satisfactory manner. He also provided us with outside vendor and service recommendations to help make the ownership transition smooth and hassle free.
