Mike did a great job for us, especially in this changing market. He was very good about pricing our home correctly so that we maximized on our sale. He knew more about our community than we did and about the amenities that were offered to new buyers looking at homes in our neighborhood. We have used Mike to sell 2 different homes and to buy one. His process is very straightforward and professional both homes we got more than we originally thought our home was worth with our last selling for a significant amount more than we had inn our heads at the start of the process, good thing we had someone with local knowledge and experience to guide us or we would have left thousands on the table. It was great having Mike Mondello as our Buyer's Agent! The closing wouldn't have been on time if it wasn't for Mike. The project manager was way behind and with Mike's persuasion, more contractors were put on the job, and we closed on schedule. While we were looking for the house, Mike knew what we were looking for and didn't try to show us anything that wasn't on our list. He was always available when we wanted to talk or would get back to us quickly. With his past experience in the house building industry, he would explain to us what the next process would be and whether or not claims made by the builders were possible. My wife and I enjoyed working with Mike and feel that if we needed to, we would definitely use him again. I strongly recommend him.
