Mike was very knowledgeable about the market values in our area in Lake County. He walked us through every step of the selling process and helped us to understand the market we are in. He answered all of our questions and concerns going through this process. He was always available when we needed to speak to him whether it was day, night or weekends. Even when he went on vacation he made sure that he was reachable. He put us first in all negotiations and looked out for us to make sure everything was accounted for correctly. I am glad Mike was on our side during this process because it made it less stressful than I thought it was going to be. I would recommend Mike over and over again.
