We asked Mike to sell our home because we already knew him as a neighbor in our community. Before signing with him, we knew he was the consumate professional and values his clients confidientiality. That said, he is so much more. He went the extra mile for us on so many fronts, including checking on the house (we'd already left the state), ensuring everything was clean, checking irrigation and landscaping, and more. He has contacts for any projects that were needed (plumbing, painting), and got us the best deal for our house.
