Geri was very profesional and efficient in all transactions to sale our house. It was not so easy due to Irma hurricane. She managed very well the problems pre and post hurricane. Absolutely great experience with her. We can recomend her. Nice person. Thanks Geri.

Geri went out of her way to insure a smooth sales process, in spite of very trying circumstances due to a major hurricane. Her local knowledge and contacts helped realize the closing less than two weeks after Irma, as some vital repairs were done in record time! I would not hesitate to work with her again.

would highly recommend Judith as a rental agent or condo's for sale, any problems with a rental she is there for you and she also will fix any problems herself.

Amy was amazing! As first time home buyers we were kind of lost on what to do and where to look. She was patient with our thousands of questions and made sure we ended up in the perfect home for our family. We couldn't be happier!!

I requested information on selling my home a few time in 2 or 3 years. They gave me the information I requested, but did not pester me when I decided to put off any decision. When I did decide to sell my home they gave me their professional suggestions on different aspects of the sell, and were helpful in every way possible, but never being pushy. I mainly worked with Geri, but the few times Bob helped it was with equal appropriateness. Thank you to the Quinn's and to anyone who is looking for an agent to work with, you will be in excellent hands if you chose Geri and Bob!

Expertly guided me through the process, provided great advise to steer clear of an initial offer that seemed fishy, immediately found solid new buyers, guided the negotiation to the perfect price point, then sealed the deal without a hitch. Responsiveness was tremendous - kept me feeling connected to the process as an out of state seller. Everthing went off without a hitch - couldn't be more pleased. I recommend Geri with a resounding 100% confidence!

We had special circumstances because of our daughter's disabilities and Judith went the extra mile in researching the area for what we needed. She is a truly caring person and really loves helping people. She is a first class realtor and person. Without the extra help, we would still be renting today.

Having the right Real Estate agent means having an agent ( Amy Kelly ) who is committed to help you buy, sell or invest with the highest level of expertise in the Cape Coral FL market you are looking at. These means helping you in understand each step in the process. We loved working with Amy throughout our real estate and investment search. Amy provided us with honest feedback regarding the neighborhood areas and investment properties. We thoroughly appreciated how responsive Amy was no matter what time of day or day of week it was. Thorough Amy's work and has a great work ethic which puts her at the top of the list of FL agents. Trust, Honest, Knowledge, Responsive and Profressionalism are some of Amy's hugh assets. Amy was an absolute pleasure to work with and comes highly recommended from these hard to please buyers and investors. R&F Coney
